Hartecs were engaged to Design and Project Manage the Memorial Precinct including Boardwalk. Hartecs acted as Superintendent in accordance with the provisions of the AS2124 Contract and oversaw the necessary functions including supervision, administration, surveillance, and liaison to ensure efficient delivery of the works consistent with the requirements of the construction Contract.
Hartecs role in the project design included :

- Concrete paths
- Concrete court incorporating sandstone seating
- Sandstone features
- Timber boardwalk (design and construct)
- Electrical conduiting, cabling and lighting
- Landscaping including irrigation
- Contract documentation and specifications to comply with the Council’s procurement procedures.
