Hartecs were engaged to plan and design the 68 residential allotments and 1 childcare centre over several stages for Cerulean Estate and continue to provide contract administration services
Hartecs delivered civil engineering design for roads, intersections, stormwater, sewer and sewer pump station, water, earthworks and retaining walls. Hartecs are engaged as a site construction manager with responsibilities including constructability inputs, program review and site supervision to ensure efficient delivery of the works are consistent with the requirements of the construction contract.
Hartecs also provide contract administration and certification services for the construction. Summary of infrastructure:
