The Hartecs Team has been actively involved in the project from its inception, providing end-to-end support including initiating the structural report, assisting with grant funding applications, developing concept plans, and overseeing demolition works. Our scope also included detailed design development, management of sub-consultants, tendering and contractor selection, contract administration, and full project delivery through to commissioning.
Due the structural failure of the original Paroo Shire Council Civic Centre, Council sought and was successful in recieving funding for replacement of the existing building and the Paroo Civic, Community and Enterprise Centre project was born. The projects objectives were;
- To construct a new state-of-the-art modern building, aligned closely with Council’s community vision,
- To support the operations of a contemporary Council provide office environments to enhance staff collaboration
- Be visually appealing in what is a prominent position in the town,
- Improve productivity, with a flexible layout allowing for changing Community and Council needs.
Hartecs collaborated closely with Council, staff, and the local community, engaging in extensive consultation to ensure the project achieved the best possible outcomes, delivered on time and within budget
