Hartecs Group prepared a public-facing version of the 2022-23 Redlands Coast Transport Strategy, specifically designed to support Council in communicating key messages to the community.
While the original strategy sets out Council’s direction and priorities, its technical depth and length may limit its accessibility for a broader audience. Given that the strategy’s purpose is to benefit the community—by helping residents spend more time at their destinations and less time getting there, safely and efficiently—it’s vital that the messaging is clear, concise, and directly relevant to everyday concerns.
This document is intended to quickly and effectively convey what Council is proposing, why it matters, and how it responds to local needs. Within a short read (5–10 minutes), the community should understand the tangible benefits of the strategy and feel confident that Council is addressing both current issues and future opportunities.
