In a leadership capacity covering the Chief Operations role, Hartecs Group was responsible for delivering and managing a wide range of capital works and infrastructure programs across the region.
Key achievements and functions included:
- Delivered the TID and R2R Programs, including major road upgrades such as Hungerford Road Seal Extension and Jobs Gate Road.
- Managed the regional sealing program, including the first Cunnamulla sealing in five years, Yowah Road, and Cunnamulla Airport.
- Successfully led proposals and managed:
- $9.1M Sewer Reticulation & STP Upgrade
- $5M River Walk & Artesian Spa Project
- $6.9M Civic Centre Concept & Funding
Project Management:
- Oversaw infrastructure projects using a mix of internal staff and contractors, including:
- Artesian Bore projects (Eulo, Yowah, Wyandra)
- CCTV sewer inspections and repair programs
- Long Range Coach Stop & CBD paving
- Bridge, kerb, stormwater, and water upgrade works
- Township signage and footpath programs
