Since May 2025, our team has provided surveillance inspections, contract audits and compliance oversight across key transport corridors including the Bruce Highway, Capricorn Highway, Fitzroy Development Road and multiple Livingstone Shire networks.

Our role included:
✔ Surveillance inspections on TMR-controlled state roads
✔ WSCRR and corridor management inspections
✔ Audit and compliance reporting of contractor works
✔ Specialised inspections including asphalt and precast prestressed components
✔ Oversight of boat ramp infrastructure within the TMR corridor

Working across construction, programmed and routine maintenance activities, Hartecs ensured governance, quality assurance and contract compliance outcomes aligned with DTMR’s expectations for safety, performance and infrastructure resilience.
