Hartecs was engaged to provide client-side project managers and technical support within Translink’s Infrastructure team over a period of 12 months. 

The engagement included representing Translink’s interests on passenger transport infrastructure matters, undertaking project planning and scoping, preparing project briefing documents, undertaking feasibility, options analysis and other passenger transport studies, managing project scope, budget and timeframes in line with Departmental software and standards, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating reviews of strategic transport planning studies, transport policies and other investigations, ensuring planning outputs provide multi-modal and value for money outcomes which adhere to current transport policy, legislation, regulations, standards, and procedures, and drafting ministerial correspondence, project reports, presentations, briefing notes, submissions, and other general correspondence.
