Hartecs Group is proud to announce our appointment by Quilpie Shire Council to deliver Project Management Services for the 2025/26 Capital Works Program.
This program will see Hartecs provide end-to-end project management, engineering, and advisory support for several key community and infrastructure initiatives designed to stimulate regional growth and improve local amenity.
Priority Projects
- Rural Residential Estate Development A 30-lot subdivision to support population growth and residential choice under the Queensland Residential Activation Fund.
- Industrial Estate Expansion Planning and delivery of new serviced industrial lots to boost local business and employment capacity.
Building and Community Projects
In addition to the land development initiatives, Hartecs will also support Council in the delivery of vital community and building projects including:
- Childcare Centre Development – progressing detailed design, approvals, and construction management for a 60-place childcare facility.
- Chipu Street 2-Bedroom House – delivery of a transportable dwelling to expand local housing options.
- Gyrica Gardens Refurbishments – upgrading residential units to meet 2022 NCC Liveable Housing and accessibility standards.
