Hartecs Group were engaged by All Industries Group to prepare a manufacturing export plan for one of the companies’ key products. The Export plan included a detailed market analysis of both the domestic and target export markets, logistics and compliance requirements, market challenges and opportunities, competitor analysis and market entry. The export plan resulted in AI Group securing a Trade Investment Queensland (TIQ) grant to assist with the costs of implementing the export plan strategy. AI Group then engaged Hartecs to prepare a detailed five-year manufacturing business strategy to best position the manufacturing business for expansion and diversification of their existing service offering.
