Hartecs’ engagement comprised the Design and Project Management for the ANZAC Memorial Gatehouse. As Project Manager / Superintendent – works were carried out in accordance with the provisions of the AS2124 Contract and oversaw the necessary functions including supervision, contract administration, and liaison to ensure efficient delivery of the works consistent with the requirements of the construction contract.
