Hartecs Group was offered an opportunity to provide a proposal for Gracemere Junior Rugby League and Gracemere Netball Clubhouse to undertake a Due Diligence project to secure a $3 million Government Grant which was committed from the 2024 election commitment.
Of the $3M, $300,000 has been allocated for the Due Diligence Stage, which will include technical investigations, planning and environmental assessments, and conceptual design. Hartecs Group will act as Lead Consultant and Project Manager for this stage, engaging and coordinating specialist subconsultants to deliver feasibility reports, risk assessments, and conceptual design outputs. These will be structured to align with the Department’s milestone and acquittal requirements, ensuring the project is fully informed and positioned for successful delivery in subsequent stages.
Hartecs will manage and deliver all due diligence activities in strict alignment with the requirements of the Grant Agreement. Our methodology is structured, transparent, and outcome-focused, ensuring the Department receives clear evidence at each stage of progress
