Hartecs Group was engaged by South Burnett Regional Council to provide project management, structural design and construction certification for the remedial structural footings for the Murgon Hall.
It was noted that a number of sub-floor supports and foundations have deteriorated and dropped in level over the life of the Hall.
Works undertaken by Hartecs Group included:
- Initial site investigation (including internal site measure and defect identification to produce a General Arrangement plan for the stump replacements)
- Detailed structural design including Form 15 certification
- Progrtessive Construction inspections
- Final RPEQ construction certification
