The scope of this contract includes:

– Rehabilitation of flood damaged pavements.

– Reconstruction of damaged road batters and shoulders.

– Reconstruction of scoured culvert inlets and outlets.

– Cleanout of silted and blocked drainage structures.

– Protection works to structures utilizing rock and concrete batter protection methods.

The scope of services to be provided by the Superintendent’s surveillance team is as follows

– Act as the Superintendent in accordance with the provisions of the Road Performance Contract and carry out necessary functions including supervision, administration, surveillance, and liaison to ensure efficient delivery of the Works consistent with the requirements of the construction Contract.;

– Undertake project management related tasks including the review of the Contract documents and design reports, preparation of project budgets, the completion of monthly reports, assistance with public enquiries, providing information such as accurate financial, programming, quality, safety and environmental data from the construction Contract and keeping the Principal’s Representative and Project Manager well informed of site events. This shall include providing the Project Manager with sufficient programming data and notification to allow for the efficient delivery of Principal supplied materials

– Assist to provide all necessary resources as agreed with the principal such as qualified staff, vehicles, office equipment and consumables for efficient delivery of the assignment.
