Our role as Senior Manager, Strategic Investments, included:

• Development and implementation of a robust methodology for prioritising strategic capital projects and programs. This included the adoption of a data-driven approach using interactive visualisation tools.
• Provision of strategic advice on matters relating to the prioritisation of the capital portfolio, including advice on funding options, portfolio summaries, funding status, and optimisation.
• Development and management of a development pipeline that served as a key database communicating and providing critical advice on matters relating to the ROM infrastructure portfolio of development and delivery works.
• Program management of the Regional Integrated Network Development (RIND) fund.
• Establishment of a benefits realisation and management framework for capital projects.
• Provision of critical input into the Asset and Services Plan (ASP).
